Our services
Swap Design provides remote website design and development, WordPress work, UI/UX design, branding, graphic design, digital marketing support, and website maintenance. The exact work depends on the brief and the written scope agreed for your project.
A service page is a starting point, not a promise that every project will use the same process, features, timeline, or deliverables. We will discuss the practical details before work begins.
Proposals and scope
Before starting a paid project, we aim to confirm the main deliverables, responsibilities, estimated timeline, payment schedule, revision approach, and any third-party costs. The approved proposal or written agreement is the best reference for what is included.
New pages, features, revisions, integrations, content work, stock assets, hosting tasks, or urgent changes outside the agreed scope may require a revised quote or timeline. We will try to flag this before doing the additional work.
What we need from you
Projects move more smoothly when the client supplies accurate content, brand assets, feedback, approvals, access details, and decisions on time. You are responsible for confirming that the text, images, logos, testimonials, product information, and other materials you provide can legally be used.
Delays in feedback, missing access, late content, or repeated changes to an approved direction can affect the delivery date. We will communicate when a dependency is holding up the work.
Payments and third-party costs
Payment amounts, milestones, due dates, taxes, and accepted methods are confirmed in the project proposal or invoice. Work may be paused when an agreed payment is overdue, and a restart may require a revised schedule.
Domain names, hosting, premium plugins, fonts, paid APIs, stock media, email platforms, advertising budgets, and other third-party services are normally separate costs unless the written scope says otherwise. Their availability and pricing are controlled by their own providers.
Content, approvals, and launch
You remain responsible for the accuracy and legal clearance of your business information and content. Before launch, you should review the website on the agreed devices or browsers and confirm that the final content, links, forms, prices, contact details, and policies are correct.
Once a deliverable is approved or a website is launched, later changes may be treated as new work. We can help with those changes under a maintenance arrangement or a separate quote.
Ownership and portfolio use
After the agreed project fees are paid, the client generally receives the rights to the final, client-specific deliverables described in the proposal, subject to any third-party licences and the terms of the tools used to create them. Reusable code, internal systems, methods, templates, and know-how remain with Swap Design unless we agree otherwise in writing.
We may show completed work in our portfolio or case studies after launch unless the project agreement includes a confidentiality restriction. If a project is confidential, please tell us before work starts.
Support and maintenance
Support after launch depends on the package or maintenance arrangement you choose. A maintenance plan can cover agreed updates, checks, fixes, backups, or small changes; it does not automatically cover a full redesign, new application, third-party outage, hacked website recovery, or unlimited edits.
We will define the response expectations and included tasks for a maintenance engagement in writing so that both sides know what to expect.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to deliver careful, useful work, but no website can be guaranteed to remain available, rank at a particular position, avoid every future browser change, or be free from issues caused by hosting, plugins, APIs, browsers, attacks, or other third parties.
To the extent allowed by applicable law, Swap Design is not responsible for indirect losses, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption arising from a website or third-party service. Any project-specific limits or warranties in a signed agreement take priority over this general wording.
Pausing or ending a project
Either side can ask to pause or end a project. Work already completed, approved costs, committed third-party expenses, and time reserved for the project remain payable according to the agreed proposal or applicable law. We will try to hand over paid-for work and access in a practical format after outstanding matters are settled.
Changes and applicable law
We may update these website terms when our services or processes change. The version published on this page is the current website version. A signed project agreement can contain additional terms that apply to that project.
Unless a written agreement says otherwise, these terms are intended to be read with the applicable laws of India. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions should continue to operate as far as the law allows.
